Where did you grow up? I’m a New England girl, born in Maine, grew up in Maryland.  Its where we spent our summers and where I have my fondest memories.

Favorite sports team? I am a big fan of USA Volleyball, both beach and indoor. The sport itself has grown exponentially with team successes and exposure, plus it is fun to watch the younger players thrive. Go USA!

Who are your heroes in real life? My dad, the entomologist.  He taught me the wonders of nature and that ALL creatures have value.

Favorite pet names: Once had a corgi patient named ‘Coach’ – love love love this name.

Best way to spend a Saturday: Paddleboarding at sunrise, then hit the sand for some volleyball.

Dream vacation: I have my heart set on volunteering at the Turtle Hospital in Key West, FL.  One day.

If I were an animal, I’d be: A sea turtle, they travel the world and yet they’re always home.
