Our new equipment allows the medical team to obtain dental images that are more detailed than traditional x-rays, allowing for enhanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities as well as reduced anesthesia time compared to traditional X-rays.
Hillside's digital X-ray machine produces "on the spot" images so the veterinarian can see problems below the gum line and inside of teeth without having to wait for traditional x-ray films to be developed. Digital X-ray technology also gives the veterinarian the ability to you before and after images of your pet's dental procedures in a convenient, cost-effective manner. These images are invaluable to educating owners about the importance of oral health to their pet's longevity.
